These terms apply when you use cdotrips.com or buy from the CdotRips shop. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

The CdotRips shop is operated from Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. You can reach us at orders@cdotrips.com.

Products

We do our best to show products accurately, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Stock is limited, and products may sell out or be discontinued at any time.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars by default, or US dollars if you choose. Shipping is shown in your cart before checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete.

If a product is listed at the wrong price, or turns out to be out of stock after you order, we'll contact you and either fix the order or cancel it with a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Intellectual property

The CdotRips name, logos, designs, photos and content on this site belong to CdotRips. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
