Every order is packed by hand in Newfoundland and shipped with Canada Post. We ship within Canada and to the United States.
Processing time
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking (when available) as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times are Canada Post estimates and aren't guaranteed, especially around holidays and in bad weather.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated from your order's weight and destination. You'll see the exact cost in your cart before checkout. Current free-shipping offers are shown at the top of the shop and applied automatically.
Your address
Please double-check your address at checkout. Your address must be in the region you chose in your cart, as shipping is priced for that region. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you cover the new postage.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived 10 business days after the latest delivery estimate, or it arrives damaged, email orders@cdotrips.com with your order details. We'll replace it or refund you.
Orders to the United States
US orders may be charged import duties, taxes or brokerage fees on delivery. These aren't included in our prices or shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
